Free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were great. Lacking wheelchair access in some areas.

The location near Asakusa was fantastic, making it easy to explore Tokyo. I loved the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The staff spoke excellent English and helped us navigate the area with great tips. The room was clean and modern, but very compact, leaving little room for luggage management. A small downside was that they only provided two towels daily for our family of four. Too much cooking smoke from the restaurant nearby seeped into the lobby. it was uncomfortable. Still, the overall stay was enjoyable, and I'd recommend it for budget travelers.

The bathroom was quite cramped, and I struggled with the awkward shower enclosure, which could use some improvement.

Had a great time staying in Asakusa! The location near Senso-ji Temple is perfect. Free coffee and comfy lounge areas made it all the better. Just be prepared for tiny bathroom spaces! But honestly, the vibe is worth it.

The city view from the Standard Double Room is impressive, especially at night when the skyline lights up. The room itself is quite cozy, providing a decent space for a family.
No bathtub in the room, just a narrow shower enclosure that feels cramped. Slippers offered are thin and disposable, not ideal for comfort. The breakfast arrangement is disappointing—options are limited at an off-site Chinese restaurant a few blocks away, and the cleanliness there can leave much to be desired. There was a dirty bath hood with a layer of dust and a confusing setup for light switches that can lead to accidental activations in the dead of night.

The hotel is conveniently located near many stores and dining options. I particularly enjoyed the cozy common area where I could enjoy my takeout while soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of Asakusa.
The check-in process was somewhat confusing regarding the room reservation details, which could be improved for a smoother experience.
